Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
At BuyAWSAccount, your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. We built our service around anonymous cryptocurrency payments and minimal data collection precisely because we believe purchasing cloud infrastructure should not require surrendering your personal identity. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
We deliberately collect as little personal data as possible. Because we accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency, we do not require — and do not store — credit card numbers, bank details, or government identification documents.
The information we may collect is limited to the following:
- Contact handle — the Telegram username or email address you use to place an order and receive your account credentials.
- Order details — the product you purchased and the delivery channel, kept only as long as needed to fulfil the order and honour the replacement guarantee.
- Optional newsletter email — only if you voluntarily subscribe to new-listing alerts.
- Basic analytics — anonymised, aggregate website traffic data (pages visited, referrer, device type) used to improve the site. This contains no personally identifying information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Any information we hold is used strictly to operate the service. Specifically, we use it to: deliver the account credentials you purchased, communicate with you about your order, process replacement requests under our guarantee, and respond to support enquiries.
We never use your contact details for unsolicited marketing unless you have explicitly opted in to our newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share your contact handle with data brokers or marketers.
Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, we have no access to your financial accounts, payment card data, or banking identity at any point in the transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain order-related information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purchase and provide the replacement guarantee period (typically 7 days from delivery). After the guarantee window closes, order communications may be deleted at our discretion.
Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time by contacting support.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use essential cookies for functionality and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These do not track you across other websites and are not used for targeted advertising.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse or place an order.
6. Third-Party Services
Account delivery is conducted through encrypted messaging platforms such as Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
External cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.) have their own privacy and data-handling practices that apply once you begin using an account on their platform.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us through Telegram or email and we will respond promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
