Refund Policy

We stand behind every account we sell with a 7-day replacement guarantee. This policy explains exactly how our guarantee works, when you qualify for a replacement, the limited circumstances in which a refund applies, and what falls outside coverage. Our goal is simple: every customer should receive a working account, every time.
1. The 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
Every account purchased from BuyAWSAccount is covered by a 7-day replacement guarantee, beginning from the moment your credentials are delivered. If an account does not work as described, we will replace it free of charge within this window.
A replacement is provided when the issue is verifiably on our side — for example, invalid credentials at delivery, an account that was suspended before you used it, or features that do not match the product description.
2. What Qualifies for a Replacement
You are entitled to a free replacement if any of the following occur within 7 days of delivery:
- The login credentials provided do not work on delivery.
- The account is suspended or restricted before you have used it, through no action of your own.
- The account does not include the features, credits, vCPU limits, or specifications described on the product page.
- The account is fundamentally unusable for its stated purpose at the time of delivery.
3. How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, contact our support team on Telegram within the 7-day window and include your order details and a clear description of the issue. Where possible, attach a screenshot showing the problem.
Our team will verify the issue and, once confirmed, issue a working replacement account as quickly as possible — usually within the same delivery window as your original order.
4. Refund Eligibility
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we operate primarily on a replacement-first basis. A monetary refund may be offered at our discretion only in the rare case that we are unable to provide a working replacement account for a qualifying issue.
Refunds, where granted, are issued in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide. Please note that cryptocurrency network fees and exchange-rate fluctuations between purchase and refund are not reimbursed.
5. What Is Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover issues arising from your own use of the account after delivery. Specifically, the following are outside the scope of coverage:
- Account suspension or limitation caused by your usage, terms-of-service violations, or activity flagged by the cloud provider after delivery.
- Failure to change credentials or secure the account after you received it.
- Charges, overages, or billing incurred on the account through your own usage.
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee window has closed.
- Change-of-mind or "no longer needed" requests after a working account has been delivered.
6. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are covered by the same 7-day replacement guarantee on a per-account basis. If individual accounts within a bulk order have a qualifying issue, those specific accounts will be replaced. Contact support with the affected account details.
