By accessing this website, contacting us to place an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

BuyAWSAccount provides verified, pre-activated cloud accounts and credit accounts for providers including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Oracle Cloud, Vultr, Linode, IBM Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Kamatera, and Atlantic.Net.

Account credentials are delivered electronically via encrypted messaging within the delivery window stated on each product. We act as a reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of any of the cloud providers named.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BNB, and Litecoin (LTC).

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified on the relevant blockchain network. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, transactions are final once confirmed.

Delivery times are stated on each product page and typically range from 30 minutes to 12 hours, with AWS accounts delivered within 2 to 8 hours. Delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally be affected by demand or verification requirements.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and accessible contact handle (Telegram username or email) so that we can deliver your credentials. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information.

You agree to use any account purchased through our service in compliance with the terms of service of the relevant cloud provider and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the activities conducted on any account after delivery.

You must not use purchased accounts for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorised access to third-party systems, distribution of malware, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Once an account is delivered and you have changed its credentials, you assume full responsibility for its security, billing, and usage. We strongly recommend updating all login details, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and monitoring usage.

Any suspension or limitation imposed by a cloud provider due to your usage after delivery is outside the scope of our replacement guarantee.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyAWSAccount shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any account, including data loss, business interruption, or charges incurred on a cloud platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on this website — including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and others — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
